About Healthy Living

When people think about Healthy Living their answers are normally something along the lines of salads, bland chicken, eating like a rabbit, or sometimes not eating at all! With my plan, I help you reinvent foods all while incorporating shakes, snacks, and a new way of seeing food as fuel for your body. 

The Healthy Living Personal Program

As your coach, I try to take all the guessing and decision making in your daily nutritional life. There's enough decisions you make in your day that sometimes, it's nice to sit back and have meals planned for you. It's like copying someone else's homework. Or I should say, Healthy Living Plan! There are some amazing recipes I have found all over the internet that are approved in my program, along with sharing my own personal recipes with you.

It is important to me that you understand food and all it's components. The proteins, cabs, veggies, vitamins, sugars, sodium, fats, etc. They're all necessary and needed for your body to function. Once you understand the science and nutrition behind food, it all becomes super easy!

And when you add nutritional shakes to the mix... All the guessing is out the door honey!
